THE PRODUCTS RECEIVED WILL BE INSPECTED TO VERIFY WHETHER THEY COMPLY WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS REQUESTED SO MUCH IN QUANTITY AS IN QUALITY AND IF SO, THEY WILL BE ACCEPTED.

BEFORE PERFORMING WORKS IN THE INSTALLATIONS OF ANDEC, YOU SHOULD COORDINATE WITH THE DEPT.  LOCAL PURCHASES AND TO RECEIVE THE RESPECTIVE PERMISSION OF THE DEPT.  OF INDUSTRIAL SECURITY. 

IT SHOULD COMPLY WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS AND ASEGURAMIENTO BY MEANS OF POLICY OF LIFE OR AFFILIATION AL SOCIAL SECURITY OF ITS WORKERS.  

It WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE NORMS AND TECHNICAL DISPOSITIONS OF SECURITY AND PREVENTION OF RISKS THAT THE UNIT OF SECURITY AND INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE INDICATE FOR EACH TYPE OF WORKS. 

FULFILLMENT OF  TECHNICAL NORMS  OF INDUSTRIAL SECURITY AND HYGIENE

Every contractor before executing works in the dependences and precincts of the business should ask authorization in writing to the Unit of Security and Industrial Hygiene of Andec, in order to cause to know the nature and systems of works to be executed; as well as also so that this department carry out the necessary recommendations of security and on the correct utilization of the teams of personal protection.  

The contractor should be compromised in writing al fulfillment of the coming articles, its omission will permit to the business to give for concluded the relation of work.  

The contractor will be submitted to the norms and technical dispositions of security and prevention of risks that the Unit of Security and Industrial Hygiene he indicate for each type of works.
